Nawallahi said: “Planning has been done to preserve and genetically store red apples and identify the benefits of such a species, and we hope that while reviving the valuable species of red apples that exist in a scattered form, we can benefit more coherently.”
She mentioned the medicinal properties of this product along with its natural and healing pigments and specified:
“This rare species has 40% more anti-niacin than ordinary apples, which will definitely be effective in treating some diseases”.
The head of rural women affairs of Ardabil Agricultural Organization announced the revival and development of the cultivation of this valuable species in the susceptible area and added:
“To promote this in some villages such as winter, tea, pollen, and amber, we started educating women and promoting local knowledge of gardeners. In addition, by using horticultural experts, we try to transplant this species in the gardens”.
