Teachers held protest rallies in various cities of Iran. Thus, a group of teachers in the country condemned the termination of their employment contracts by the Ministry of Education.
Protests were also seen in Tehran, Abadan, Sirjan and Iza. According to the report, the Ministry of Education terminated the employment contracts of 8,500 out of 25,500 teachers working under a temporary agreement.
