Iran’s ambassador to Moscow Kazim Jalali has said it.
“President Hasan Rouhani invited Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Astana Summit to be held in Iran,” the ambassador said.
The date of the Astana trilateral meeting in Iran has not been announced.
