Isa Mehdi al-Faxer, a member of the Arab Movement for the Freedom of Alahwaz and host of the Al-Ahwazana TV channel’s Calseyf program, has been released. The political activist was released on 26 December 1399 after two years of temporary detention on charges of lack of evidence and lack of evidence. It should be noted that he was arrested by Dutch security police in 1397.
Faxer is accused of “inciting people to rallies and violence in Alahwaz.” It should be noted that the Iranian government claimed that the regular attack in Alahvaz in 1397 was carried out by the Arab movement for the freedom of Alahvaz. He called on the Danish and Dutch governments to arrest and extradite these activists. After that, mass arrests of Arab activists living in those countries began. Both the Arab Movement and anti-Arab activists have denied involvement in the attack.
Ahvazona TV presenters Yaqub Hor at-Tastari, Habib Jabr, his brother Nasser Jabr and Isa Mehdi al-Faher were arrested in Denmark and the Netherlands. It should be noted that their trial is still ongoing in the Danish court. None of the charges against the activists have been proven.
