Alirza Gochi, deputy head of the East Azerbaijan Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department, said that 37 billion tomans had been spent on the foundation, repair and archeological excavations of the Rubi-Rashidi complex in Tabriz.
It should be noted that Rubi Rashidi of Khaja Rashid al-Din, who was in the route of Eastern and Western caravans in the capital of the Elkhanli state, was one of the largest collections of ancient times. In particular, a library, school, mosque, kindergarten, bath, hotel, crafts, orphanages and art galleries, weaving, paper production and blacksmithing were established.
A lot of money and property has been donated to support the management of these large institutions.
It should be noted that the Rubi-Rashidi Foundation was registered in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1386.
